From the request form: company, team, name and title, work email, phone (optional), industry, team size, tools, needs, notes, preferred start and payment method.의뢰서: 회사명, 팀, 이름 · 직함, 회사 이메일, 연락처(선택), 업종, 팀 인원, 쓰는 도구, 원하는 것, 메모, 시작 희망일, 결제 방법.

Card and PayPal payments are processed by the payment service; we do not receive card numbers.카드 · PayPal 결제는 결제 서비스가 처리하며, 카드 번호는 받지 않습니다.

2. Why2. 쓰는 목적

To reply to your request, schedule calls, send quotes and invoices, and deliver the service.의뢰 답변, 상담 일정 조율, 견적 · 청구서 발송, 서비스 제공.

3. How long3. 보관 기간

• Requests that do not lead to a contract: deleted after 1 year.계약으로 이어지지 않은 의뢰: 1년 뒤 삭제.
• Contract and payment records: kept as required by Korean e-commerce law (5 years); complaint records 3 years.계약 · 결제 기록: 전자상거래법에 따라 5년, 소비자 불만 · 분쟁 기록 3년 보관.

4. Sharing4. 제3자 제공

We do not sell or share your details. Requests are stored in our Google account (Google Sheets).개인정보를 팔거나 다른 곳에 주지 않습니다. 의뢰서는 제작자의 구글 계정(구글 시트)에 저장됩니다.

5. Your rights5. 권리

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details at any time through the request form.언제든 의뢰하기 페이지로 열람 · 정정 · 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다.
