1. Services1. 서비스 내용

Work Genius provides an operations diagnosis and builds custom internal sites for marketing teams, built inside the client's own accounts, with full ownership transferred to the client, plus an optional monthly edit-request subscription.워크 지니어스는 운영 진단과 맞춤 사내 사이트 제작을 온라인으로 제공합니다. 사이트는 고객사 계정 안에서 만들고 오너십을 고객사에 이전하며, 원하면 월간 수정건 발생 대응 구독으로 계속 수정해 드립니다.

If you book the diagnosis within 30 days of the call, the call fee is deducted. If you continue to a build within 60 days of the diagnosis, the diagnosis fee is deducted from the build price.상담 후 30일 안에 진단을 계약하면 상담비를 진단비에서 뺍니다. 진단 후 60일 안에 제작을 계약하면 진단비를 제작비에서 뺍니다.

3. Refunds3. 환불

• Video call: full refund if cancelled at least 24 hours before; after that, you can reschedule once.화상 상담: 24시간 전까지 취소하면 전액 환불, 그 뒤에는 한 번 일정 변경 가능.
• Diagnosis: full refund if cancelled before the first interview. No refund once interviews have started, as the report is delivered.운영 진단: 첫 인터뷰 전 취소는 전액 환불. 인터뷰가 시작된 뒤에는 보고서를 드리므로 환불 불가.
• Build deposit: full refund before design work starts; after that, refunded minus work completed, based on the agreed schedule.제작 계약금: 화면 설계 시작 전 취소는 전액 환불, 이후에는 합의한 일정 기준으로 진행한 만큼을 빼고 환불.
• Monthly edit-request subscription: cancel anytime; billing stops from the next month. Unused edits do not carry over.월간 수정건 발생 대응 구독: 언제든 해지할 수 있고 다음 달부터 청구가 멈춥니다. 쓰지 않은 수정 건수는 다음 달로 넘어가지 않습니다.
• Refunds are made to the original payment method within 7 working days.환불은 영업일 7일 안에 결제한 방법으로 돌려드림.

4. Ownership4. 오너십과 소유권

The site, sheets and connected apps are created in and owned by the client's accounts. At ownership transfer, all builder access is removed. Our underlying template may be reused for other clients without any client data.사이트 · 시트 · 연결 앱은 고객사 계정에서 만들고 고객사가 소유합니다. 오너십 이전 시 제작자 권한은 모두 회수합니다. 고객 자료가 없는 제작 틀은 다른 고객에게 다시 쓸 수 있습니다.

5. Confidentiality5. 비밀 유지

We keep all client information confidential and delete sample files received during the project after ownership transfer.고객 정보는 비밀로 지키고, 제작 중 받은 예시 파일은 오너십 이전 후 삭제합니다.
